Over 21 years across real estate, power and MEP services — from site engineer to DGM – MEP.
DGM – MEP
- Senior MEP leadership role at a leading real estate and infrastructure developer.
- Worked on the high-rise townships Sikka Kaamna Greens and Sikka Karnam Greens, Noida.
Senior Manager – Procurement (MEP)
- MEP procurement role at an ISO-certified facilities and technical-services company.
- The company serves airports, metros, commercial buildings, hotels and malls.
In-Charge – Electrical / MEP
- Headed electrical and MEP execution for the residential project Klassic Homz, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad.
- Project scale: 3 towers of 14 floors with 410 units and a commercial block.
Senior Manager – Electricals (Planning & Designing)
- Electrical planning and design: reviewed design reports and drawings and took approvals from consultants.
- Projects: Silverglades The Melia, Silverglades Hightown and Marlboro Farms, Gurugram.
In-Charge – Electrical / Sr. Electrical Engineer
- Planning, design and drawing checks; prepared BOQs and handled procurement of panels, rising mains, metering, cables, fire-fighting, water treatment and sewage treatment plants.
- HT/LT panel and cable testing; site coordination for erection, testing and commissioning.
- Also covered plumbing, HVAC, intercom, boom barrier and CCTV systems.
- Major project: Classic Residency Phase I & II, Ghaziabad — 10 towers, 950 units.
Assistant Manager – Project
- Project planning, drawing checks, bill verification, as-built drawings and BOQ quantity reconciliation, with client and consultant coordination.
- Site coordination for erection, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Projects: 4×200 kVA centralized UPS package for NTPC’s EOC Building, Noida; electrical and sub-station works for BPTP Parklands, Faridabad.
Electrical Engineer
- Electrical engineering for small hydro power projects at an Indo-French joint venture.
- Prepared BOQs, got drawings approved by consultants, handled procurement, and tested HT/LT panels, transformers and cables through to commissioning.
- Worked on 14 small hydro projects across Punjab, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Bihar.
Early career: Trainee Engineer at BHEL’s insulator manufacturing plant (2003–2004), plus practical training at a 33/11 kV substation and the N.E. Railway workshop, Gorakhpur.

Residential project with 10 towers of 14 floors and 950 units, with electrical, HVAC, plumbing and security systems.
Silverglades Projects
The Melia (9 towers, 728 units) and Hightown (260 luxury homes with commercial shops and offices), plus Marlboro Farms.
Centralized UPS Package
4×200 kVA centralized UPS system package for the NTPC EOC Building.
BPTP Parklands Electrical Works
Residential colony electrical works, a low-side sub-station for group housing, and street-light works across several sectors.
14 Small Hydro Power Projects
Electrical works for Kaplan and Francis turbine plants across Punjab, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and Bihar, ranging from 150 kW to 4×1,563 kW — including Ropar (2×850 kW) and Sattegala (4×1,563 kW).
